Tomorrow is the day!

Morgen ist es endlich soweit!

Der große SOLOCharity Ride Tag ist da und in ganz Deutschland wird für die Familien schwer kranker Kinder geradelt. #solocharityride 

Mit 500 km (im Juni) in den Beinen und über 1.500 EUR im Rücken geht's für mich  zusammen mit meiner Freundin Monika nach Vogtareuth. 🚴‍♀️🚴‍♀️🚴‍♀️

Über das Haus am Herzzentrum in München radeln wir weiter nach Vogtareuth zum McDonald Haus und kommen so wieder - wie jedes Jahr - auf über 100 km.

Und so wird für uns der SOLOCharity Ride zum #TEAMCharity Ride 🤩. 

Es ist alles vorbereitet, der Rucksack ist gepackt, die Snacks sind im Kühlschrank.

(Was soll mit so viel gesundem Obst und Gemüse von @Obststandl_Sennefelder schon schief gehen?)

Tomorrow finally is the day!

The big SOLOCharity Ride day is here and all over Germany people are cycling for the families of seriously ill children on18th June 2023. #solocharityride

With 500 km (in June) in my legs and over 1,500 EUR in my back, I'm heading to Vogtareuth together with my friend Monika. 🚴‍♀️🚴‍♀️🚴‍♀️

Via the Haus at Herzzentrum in Munich we cycle on to the RMD House in Vogtareuth and so we're going to reach again - like every year - more than 100 km.

And so for us the SOLOCharity Ride becomes the #TEAMCharity Ride 🤩.

Everything is prepared, the backpack is packed, the snacks are in the fridge.
